Plumbers Wanted
We are looking for a Plumber with a minimum of five years experience, apprentice plumber and journeyman plumber with ten or more years of experience to help service our loyal clients.
Our friendly, small thriving shop specializing in plumbing repairs and remodeling is not offering a commission position. Heating experience is helpful as we also work on floor furnaces and wall heaters.
This job involves work with remodeling as well as service and repair and often working with old style plumbing fixtures in an old house community. Your knowledge of the current codes and hands on experience with old style faucets and toilets will help us serve our loyal clients who seek the latest innovations for their homes.
Following plans and instructions is a must. Some understanding of the other trades is helpful but not required. There is some lifting, crawling and working in tight spaces, as well as agility needed to work in extreme situations as part of the job. A California driver's license and certificate of completion of plumbing trade school are both required.
Customer service, communication skills, and good attendance are required.
Benefits offered, include hourly wages ranging from $24-27 per hour for plumbing positions and 12-15 for the apprentice position, paid vacation and holidays, health insurance and 401K (after one year of
employment). Only the most qualified candidates will be called to fill out an application and for an interview. You must pass a drug screen and background check and short quiz on plumbing codes.
